NEGATIVE AIR/DUST CONTROL

Gramercy installed negative air machines in the basement area to control dust and vent diesel powered equipment to the exterior of the building.

ASBESTOS ABATEMENT

Asbestos abatement of floor tile located in basement B. Laborers equipped with the proper PPE, installed containment and removed the floor tile material with the proper controls. Once removed, the asbestos containing material was disposed of to a licensed facility.

DEMOLITION

Demolition of concrete slab located in Basement B to create space for new retail. Gramercy saw cut the concrete slab in areas of removal as to not damage the structure to remain. Excavation and removal of soil from Basement B to allow for a lower slab to be installed. Debris were loaded out from the basement and disposed of at a licensed facility.

RECYCLING

All ferrous and non-ferrous metals were processed and segregated for proper recycling at a licensed facility.
